Welcome to the Ultimate Project Management Dashboard! This dashboard is designed to help you manage your projects, tasks, team members, and deadlines in a structured and easy-to-use format. Below is a guide on how to use each section of the dashboard effectively:
- Projects Table:
- This table contains all your projects, organized by their current status, priority, due dates, and the team members assigned to each project.
- To add a new project, click on the “New” button at the bottom of the table, fill in the project name, status, and other details.
- Kanban Board:
- Use the Kanban board to visualize the progress of your projects. Each column represents a different status (e.g., "To Do", "In Progress", "Completed").
- You can drag and drop projects between columns to update their status.
- Gantt Chart (Timeline View):
- This view helps you see the timeline for each project. Each bar represents a project, and its length shows the duration of the project.
- You can adjust the project’s start and end dates by dragging the bars on the timeline.
- Calendar View:
- The calendar view displays project due dates and upcoming deadlines in a calendar format.
- To see the due dates for all your projects at a glance, switch to this view.
- Team Members Section:
- In this section, you can track all team members involved in each project. Add their roles, contact information, and the projects they are assigned to.
- To add a new team member, click “New” and fill in the required details.
- Tasks and Subtasks:
- This table allows you to break down your projects into individual tasks. Assign tasks to specific team members, set priorities, and track progress.
- Each task can have subtasks that can be managed separately for better organization.
